1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Vaccarella Electrical Services ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Vaccarella Electrical Services provides residential home standby generator installation (Generac and Kohler), electrical panel upgrades, and related electrical services to homeowners in Paramus, NJ and surrounding Northern New Jersey communities. All work is performed under NJ Electrical Contractor License NJ Electrical Contractor #16628 and in accordance with applicable local and state codes.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free quotes are provided based on the information you share and, where applicable, an on-site assessment. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if site conditions differ from those described. A final, fixed price is confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment and installation times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to charges for materials and labor already completed.

5. Warranties

Workmanship is warranted per the terms provided in your service agreement. Equipment warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer (Generac, Kohler, etc.). Warranty claims may be voided by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

6. Permits and Inspections

Where required, we obtain permits and coordinate inspections on your behalf. Permit and inspection fees, if applicable, will be itemized in your quote.

7. Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to reasonable finance charges permitted by New Jersey law.

9. Limitation of Liability
